Accommodation Package details & Instructions

1. Conference registration is mandatory for Room Reservation.
2. Rooms will be allotted on first cum first serve basis
3. Booking for rooms will be closed as soon as our guaranteed rooms are filled. Please book the rooms well in advance and avoid last minute disappointment.
4. Refund will be not applicable on Cancellation of Accommodation booked.
5. There is no option available for 1 night booking.

1. 2 nights: is equal to Check in:06th Dec 2024 -Check out: 08th Dec 2024
2. 3 nights: is equal to Check in:05th Dec 2024 -Check out: 08th Dec 2024
3. Hotel check-in time is 02.00 PM and Check out is 12.00 noon
4. Early Check in at the hotel is Subject to availability & chargeable basis as per hotel policy.
5. Extras such as Extra Bed, Room Service, Laundry, Mini Bar, Phone Bill etc. are not included in the tariff.
6. Accommodation Package Includes: Room on selected no. of nights + GST & Breakfast. (Breakfast will be provided depends on the check in time policy by the hotel)

1. Twin Sharing / Triple Occupancy: Is Meant for Guests on sharing basis with friends or colleagues.
1. The Twin sharing tariff mentioned is the rate per person.
2. Please mention the name of the person you wish to share with along with their registration number
3. We Suggest that both make the booking simultaneously to make the room allocation process simple.
